En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de la República de Nicaragua, el Frente Sandinista de Liberación Nacional y en nuestro propio nombre, le transmitimos nuestras más cálidas y fraternas Felicitaciones por su elección como Presidente de Estado para el período 2026–2031, expresión clara de la Confianza, la Unidad y la Fortaleza del Heroico Pueblo Vietnamita en su liderazgo, firme conducción y compromiso revolucionario.
Esta elección ratifica su papel al frente del Hermano Pueblo de Vietnam que continúa avanzando con paso seguro hacia mayores niveles de Desarrollo, Crecimiento y Prosperidad, demostrando al Mundo que el Modelo Socialista Vietnamita garantiza Estabilidad, Bienestar, Paz y Felicidad para las Familias, en Soberanía y Dignidad Nacional.
Saludamos igualmente a las Autoridades de Estado y de Gobierno electas en la XVI Asamblea Nacional de Vietnam, reconociendo en ellas la continuidad de un Proyecto Político sólido, legado del Padre de la Patria, Eterno Compañero Ho Chi Minh, y comprometido con el Progreso, la Justicia Social y el fortalecimiento del Poder Popular.
