En ocasión de conmemorarse, este próximo 19 de Agosto, el 107 Aniversario de la Independencia Nacional del Emirato Islámico de Afganistán, nos dirigimos a Ustedes para transmitir, en nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en el nuestro propio, nuestras más Fraternas Felicitaciones, extensivas al Hermano Pueblo Afgano.
En esta significativa fecha para la Historia y la Soberanía de Afganistán, hacemos llegar nuestros mejores deseos de Paz, Bienestar y Prosperidad al Hermano Pueblo Afgano, reafirmando nuestra voluntad de continuar fortaleciendo los vínculos que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos.
